How quickly will you dispatch my order?
Orders are dispatched the same or the following working day.
Will I be able to track the progress of my delivery? How quickly will it arrive?
We always used tracked delivery. For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Orders normally arrive in 2-3 working days. Express delivery options are also available. Please email reptonandclover@gmail.com or call 07824518323 for a price.
I am not based in the UK. Can you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world. We normally use Royal Mail international Tracked. For heavier parcels it is sometimes more cost-efficient for our customers that we use professional courier services instead.
If the book is lost in the post or damaged, will I receive a refund?
In the very unlikely event of your package being lost in the post or damaged you will receive a full refund, including the cost of postage.
If I am unhappy with the book, can I return it?
Yes you can. We take care to describe our books accurately, and photos of most of our stock are available at the relevant Abebooks listing [insert URL to R&C Abebooks page]. Additional photos are available upon request. Please email reptonandclover@gmail.com. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 30 days for a full refund.
I have a collection of books that I would like to sell. Would you be interested in buying them?
We are always in search of quality stock to replenish our shelves. We are especially keen on academic, rare and collectible or antiquarian books.
